The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They were so pleasant and willing to answer all of our questions about Romes top attractions. The room was exceptionally clean and in a great location. There are snacks and coffee in the kitchen for everyone to share. There were great restaurants within a 3 min walk. We even saw several food tours going by these restaurants and long lines at a bakery that's very famous in Rome. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout which was super helpful so we could explore before our flight home.

The location was excellent, we really liked how we could walk into Rome without having to use a taxi service. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were nice.

Very clean and comfortable, great communication and help booking taxi, excellent location. Fresh towels daily, lovely friendly staff, help taking suitcase up 4 levels and baggage storage at end of visit. Highly recommend and would stay again.
